Our Mission
Energy is one of the most precious resources of our time - imagine how it would feel living in an eternal power outage! It is critical that people are informed about such a critical component of our daily lives, and that they know how to be mindful of energy in their own lives. The goal of this campaign is to promote such knowledge of energy, so Millburn citizens can use energy more efficiently and practically, as well as stay well informed of critical energy related issues and technology. Particular emphasis is placed on educating students, as they are the next generation of citizens, however we hope to be able to raise awareness for people of all ages.

Millburn Energy Week
The kickstarter
In order to begin this energy awareness campaign, a week of energy awareness events will be conducted, called "Millburn Energy Week". Many events will be in Millburn schools, while others will be open to the whole town.

In order to truly make our town more energy efficient, a single week won't suffice. While not concentrated in a burst like Millburn Energy Week, Energize Millburn will continue to regularly have events year round, in order to continue spreading energy awareness throughout the town, and hopefully improving our town's energy efficiency.
